2. Terms and conditions of use
2.1 Intellectual property
All Site content (including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, structure, source code and databases) is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, translate, distribute, transmit, publish, display, modify or exploit, in whole or in part, the content of the Site without the prior written authorization of Recall Designs.
2.2 Responsibility
The information available on the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Recall Designs makes every effort to ensure its accuracy, but makes no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy or completeness.
Subject to applicable mandatory laws, Recall Designs disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or special damages (including loss of profits, data or operations) arising out of :
the use or inability to use the Site;

2.3 Territory and applicable law
Access to and use of the Site and any dispute arising therefrom are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules.
3. Online sales conditions (if applicable)
3.1 Prices
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD), exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges and, where applicable, customs or import duties. Recall Designs reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, Recall Designs will contact the buyer to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel the transaction.
3.2 Availability and delivery
Products or services are offered within the limits of available stocks or capacities. If an item ordered is unavailable, Recall Designs will inform the user and offer a refund, a hold or an equivalent product.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer. Delivery times are indicative only; a reasonable delay cannot give rise to cancellation or damages.
3.3 Warranties and returns
In accordance with applicable laws, Recall Designs guarantees that the products delivered are free from material defects at the time of delivery. In the event of a defect or error in delivery, the user has 15 days following receipt to notify Recall Designs via support@recalldesigns.com enclosing photos and description. After validation, Recall Designs will proceed, at its discretion, to the replacement, repair or refund of the product.
The total liability of Recall Designs, whatever the cause, is limited to the amount paid by the purchaser for the product concerned.
