Update
To update your RD-TRONICS device with the latest features and patches, click on the “Download” button and follow the instructions below. Follow the instructions to the letter, and make sure your device and computer are connected to a power source or have a high battery level before performing the operation. Your device may become unusable if you fail to follow the steps or if the process is interrupted.

Instructions
- Make sure that your RD-TRONICS device has a high battery level (> 50%) and that your computer is plugged into a wall socket before you start.
- If the device is currently connected to the Recall Designs application, disconnect it.
- Switch off the unit completely.
- Copy the downloaded file (firmware.bin) from your computer to your RD-TRONICS device using a USB cable, just as you would to add sounds.
- When the transfer is complete, disconnect your device using the “Safely remove hardware and eject media” icon in the Windows status bar, or, under Mac OS, by dragging the drive to the trash icon to eject it.
- Disconnect the device and the USB cable.
- Start the device. A blue light should flash on and off.
- Switch on the device and connect it to the Recall Designs application to ensure that the update has been carried out correctly.
